Akbar Satria Bakti is an HSE professional with 13 years of experience in coal and mineral mining, progressing from HSE Officer to HSE Manager. A graduate of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) from Airlangga University, he specializes in Safety Management Systems, risk management, HSE governance, and safety performance improvement.

His credentials include SMKP Minerba, SMK3, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, Safety Maturity Assessment, and BNSP Competency Assessment. His focus extends to ESG, safety analytics, data-driven HSE, and AI.

He is committed to driving Safety Excellence and Operational Excellence through effective governance, technology, and continuous improvement.
